Because every SpaceFrog Designs product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of heart or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and size guides carefully before placing your order.

That said, we genuinely want you to love what you receive — and we will always do our best to take care of you.

If your order arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending a few clear photos along with a brief description of the issue to support@spacefrogdesigns.com and we will make it right — no question about it.

If something comes up at any point — whether you have a concern, a question, or feel you may need to make a change — reach out to us as soon as possible at the same email. While our ability to make amendments depends on how far along production is at the time, we will always explore every available option and do whatever we can to ensure you're happy with your SpaceFrog Designs experience.
