DOMESTIC SHIPPING — UNITED STATES

Our main store ships exclusively within the United States. We currently do not offer direct international shipping through this store.

PRODUCTION TIME

Because every product is made to order, all orders go through a production period before shipping. Production times vary depending on the product type and size selected:

  • Estimated Production Time: 2 to 5 business days

Please note that production times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has completed production and has been handed off to our shipping carrier, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. We recommend keeping an eye on your inbox — and your spam folder just in case. You can use your tracking information to follow your order every step of the way right to your door.

SHIPPING DELAYS

SpaceFrog Designs is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or any circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@spacefrogdesigns.com with a few clear photos of the damage and a brief description of the issue. We will make it right — no question about it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. SpaceFrog Designs is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If you realize you have made an error please contact us immediately at support@spacefrogdesigns.com and we will do our best to correct it before production or shipping begins.

We believe great art should know no borders. While this store ships exclusively within the United States, our trusted international partner ships SpaceFrog Designs worldwide — with global distribution centers that help keep shipping costs refreshingly reasonable.
